NASA scam is taxpayer black hole (Part IX)

Did one enjoy the recent eclipse?

Most likely, no one thought to question why suddenly this event was hyped by the media sorcerers. Neither did most seem to notice, this celestial event differed from those in the past in significant ways. For one, the greater frequency of chemical trails blanketing the skies prior to the event. For another, the sudden exponential explosion of atmospheric testing performed prior to the event at a secret NASA facility in Mississippi. In addition, all of the water evaporation towers running from West to Southeast United States were activated working in conjunction with a NASA WSAC (wet surface air cooler, or cloud making technology) facility hidden in the remote hinterlands of Mississippi. These events, corresponding with the coming eclipse so heralded and hyped by the media sorcerers were not, one believes, a mere coincidence.

Could it be, as usual, the historic space agency had something to hide?

The following empirical evidence seems to indicate this is not surprisingly so.

In the wet lands of Mississippi, on a parcel of land spanning a massive one-hundred-twenty-five thousand acres, NASA built what is termed a wet surface air cooler, ostensibly, it is claimed, to test the feasibility and effectiveness of new designs of rocket engines. However, given former ‘astronaut’ Don Petit’s series of lectures at the Johnson/Kennedy space center concerning the ‘tyranny of the rocket equation’, the veracity of this thinly veiled cover story remains dubious.

Upon purchasing this vast parcel of land some years ago, NASA officials informed the sparse inhabitants of the land they could stay and ‘never hear another television program as long as they lived’ or in lieu of that could accept government financial remuneration to move out of the area. Without surprise, all chose to move out. It was then NASA proceeded to construct the largest water evaporation facility in North America, if not the entire world. After all, this is a government agency that for all intents and purposes loves nothing more than to perform their operations on a large scale.

Yes folks, when it comes to  NASA, nothing small will ever do.

Once NASA’s WSAC facility was constructed and fully operational, it became obvious NASA was not testing the feasibility of ‘rocket engines’ but utilizing the massive facility to test the most efficient methodologies of geoengineering.

How is this evident?

Turns out, what is being emitted from the NASA’s testing facility in Mississippi is not rocket fuel but hydrogen and oxygen.

In essence, water vapor, water vapor spewed into the atmosphere to facilitate the geoengineering of cloud formations.

This is not the only facility of its kind. Smaller versions of this massive heat removal device have been constructed and placed at strategic locations in other parts of the US and the world. Mind you, like the facility located in Mississippi, these are remote locations strategically selected for the purposes of keeping NASA’s geoengineering activities hidden from prying public eyes.

Rather than testing the feasibility of new rocket engines, NASA is using their massive water cooling evaporation systems to create cloud formations. Could it be, in conjunction with the Air Force chemical trail spraying program, the earth and it’s atmosphere are being terraformed to create the illusion of extreme changes of climate in order to justify UN mandated ‘human carbon emissions’? As usual, the ruling elite royal bloodlines, in cooperation and collusion with the Crown Temple bank, are creating the global problems and then instituting their prepackaged and consensus driven solutions.

Although NASA propaganda claims their WSAC facility in Mississippi is merely designed to perform feasibility tests on the decibel levels produced by new rocket engine designs, it soon becomes evident upon more than superficial investigation this massive facility is a geoengineering plant used for purposes of weather modification.

WSAC is weather modification

Upon examination, the engineering principle behind this WSAC facility is rather simple. Massive tube bundles were built on site to filter massive downward air currents. In tandem, massive quantities of water, funneled to the facility from remote water sources flows downward with the air. Heat from the facility process stream is then released to the cascading water. The ensuing vaporization causes the heat to transfer to the air stream while simultaneously, the air stream is forced to turn one-hundred-eighty degrees to create maximum water removal. A massive fan system working in harmony with the tube bundles discharges the air at extremely high velocities.

Per testimony of various climatology scientists from around the globe, dire consequences could result from NASA’s attempts at playing god. Scientists have gone on record stating irreparable damage could result from NASA’s attempts at geoengineering-to everything on earth, from the earth’s ecosystems, to plant and forest life, to ocean PH levels, and perhaps most importantly, could have catastrophic consequences on human population levels.

But don’t take my word for it folks.

Perhaps that doom laden hypothesis can be confirmed by the so-called ‘experts’ at NASA and further by the testimony of scientists working in the field of climatology. The number of skeptics in the scientific community critical of the concept of geoengineering to combat ‘climate change’ exponentially grows with each passing year. Scientists remain skeptical regarding schemes to deliberately manipulate the earth’s climate. Not only have scientists expressed overwhelming doubt as to the feasibility and effectiveness of geoengineering, many claim the process, applied on a massive global scale, could prove useless and even worse catastrophically harmful. Scientists have also expressed overwhelming doubts the massive costs of geoengineering strategies such as reflecting sunlight from space, adding quantities of lime to the oceans, and irrigating vast portions of the North African and Australian deserts to grow trees, may prove to far outweigh any significant positive results.

Why then, given this dubious cost benefit analysis does geoengineering continue to be funded with billions?

Doctor David Keller, of the Helmholtz Center for Ocean Research in Kiel, Germany, though a proponent of climate geoengineering, categorically admits “the long term consequences and side effects of these [geoengineering] methods have not been adequately studied.”

An article recently posted in Scientific direct, (http://www.scientificdirect.com/science/article/pii/S1674927815000830) while claiming over ninety-five percent of human activity is due to the observable changes in global climate models, at the same time expresses the great risks that could result from applying the corrective concepts of geoengineering to help solve the perceived ‘problem’:

“Climate engineering involves large-scale interventions in complex, dynamically interacting systems that are not adequately understood. In other words, we have no way of accurately predicting the impacts of climate engineering applications.”

That’s right folks, though they aren’t sure geoengineering will work, NASA is going to continue to steal your tax dollars and go ahead with general applications despite the stated catastrophic risks to the earth and to humanity.

Perhaps, this is the point though. NASA knows geoengineering is harmful.  Geoengineering is profitable and will work to meet the UN’s mandates of global population control and reduction targets.

After all, given most climate change advocates believe mankind’s CO2 emissions are primarily responsible for what they perceive to be negative changes of global climate, could population control and reduction in addition to making a profit be the ulterior motives for the global application of geoengineering no one dares address?

If one refers to the UN document Agenda 21, one will readily glean the hidden answer.

“In order to reduce mankind’s ‘carbon footprint’ global population levels will have to be significantly reduced by the year 2030.”

Before one scoffs, please consider the following statement found in the UN resolution adopted by the UN general assembly specifically designed to implement Agenda 21:

“…population growth rates have been declining globally, largely as a result of expanded education and health care. That trend is projected to lead to a stable world population in the mid-twenty-first century. The current decline in population growth rates through national and international policies that promote economic development, environmental protection, and poverty eradication, particularly the expansion of basic education, with full and equal access for girls and women, and health care, including reproductive health care, including both family planning and sexual health, consistent with the report on Population and Development.”

In essence, the UN global governing body wants to determine and dictate education, but in addition, when women can have children, and if allowed, how many.

One believes China’s implementation of the ‘one child’ policy was a trial run. The program has now been expanded and implemented in both Europe, and the West.

If that isn’t enough to convince one, then consider the statement of the March 2009 UN Population Division Policy brief, which began:

“What would it take to accelerate fertility decline in the least developed countries?”

And, here is the statement that seals the deal folks in identifying geoengineering as a key component in the UN’s mandate to reduce mankind’s ‘carbon footprint’. This, from the 2009 World Population Report released by the United Nation’s Population Fund entitled “Facing a Changing world: Women, population and climate:

“Each birth results not only in the carbon emissions attributable to that person in his or her lifetime, but also the emissions of all of his or her descendants. Hence, the emissions savings from intended or planned births multiply with time. No human is carbon neutral, especially when all greenhouse gasses are figured into the equation. Therefore, everyone is part of the problem and must be be part of the solution in some way.”

Yes folks, according to the UN, humans are responsible for climate change and population levels must be controlled. Never mind that NASA and the US Air Force are deliberately creating scenarios through geoengineering to make it appear as if these draconian global mandates are necessary.

What does this have to do with the recent eclipse, one may inquire?

This is a common dialectic perpetrated by the ruling elites.

In distracting humanity with the right hand, the masses won’t look at what the left is covertly planning to do.
