Now it appears – with the emergence of “monkeypox” – the identical method of deceptive and coercive fear-based operation was recently repeated before the MSM uniformly launched their rather predictable but decidedly puerile scaremongering campaign.

According to an article published at nti.org, “In March 2021, NTI (Nuclear Threat Initiative) partnered with the Munich Security Conference to conduct a tabletop exercise on reducing high-consequence biological threats.”

What exactly was the nature of this wargame threat scenario?

Under the subheading of “Exercise Summary” at nti.org, we learn the following: “Developed in consultation with technical and policy experts, the fictional exercise scenario portrayed a deadly, global pandemic involving an unusual strain of monkeypox virus that first emerged in the fictional nation of Brinia and spread globally over 18 months.”

Surely everyone noticed the gematria coding contained in the final sentence of that paragraph?

18 months=666

But that’s not all.

“By the end of the exercise,” the article gloomily details, “the fictional pandemic resulted in more than three billion cases and 270 million fatalities worldwide.”

Wouldn’t you know it? The preceding quote from nti.org contains more examples of gematria coding, the first of which is contained in the phrase “three billion cases”.

Three (EE)=33, highest degree of Scottish Rite freemasonry.

Then there is the phrase “270 million fatalities worldwide”.

The number 27 or 2 7’s is a reference to Alistair Crowley’s Liber LXXVII (AKA 77).

In essence, these unfolding “pandemics” are nothing more than psychological operations/role-playing simulations based on the hypothetical results of prior executed wargame scenarios and played out in the “real world” utilizing behavioral analytics aided by weaponized force multipliers such as social media platforms controlled by the algorithms of AI systems programmed to work in concert.

But while this isn’t surprising, and everyone who frequents this site may indeed remember Event 201 held at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine sponsored by GAVI and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, it may have been forgotten that a similar wargame scenario was carried out in 2005 involving the prospect of a “smallpox” outbreak, yet another tabletop exercise which involved the sponsorship of NTI as well as the key participation of former US Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright.

Turns out, not only is the global threat of “monkeypox” based on a fictionalized simulation scenario, but “Madeleine Albright”, the first female appointed to the office of Secretary of State prior to Hillary Clinton (AKA Hollywood actress Annette Bening), was a fabricated character scheme portrayed by an actress renowned for her performances as a child star during the nascent era of Hollywood’s golden age, one who, before acting under several famous and legendary pseudonyms – was also perhaps best known for her role in the cinematic classic Wizard of Oz.

MSM WINNING HEARTS & MINDS THROUGH FEAR

Though a majority of humanity has been conditioned – through Hollywood movies such as Harry Potter – to believe otherwise, within the context of the occult (AKA Jesuit freemasonry), the practice of magic does not involve the waving of a wand or the recitation of obscure spoken word incantations.

In fact, today, in the 21st century, the narrative outlines of MSM news stories are pre-scripted using AI programming, while the narrative particulars and the casts of characters involved are merely Hollywood-styled props to drive home the story’s overall emotive and psychological impact upon the general public.

Therefore, there are immediate conclusions one can objectively and rationally surmise: 1.) if a leading news story is being televised during prime time hours by the MSM and its franchised affiliates or even by the “alternative” media, it is because someone paid a lot of money to place it there to capture and to mold the public’s attention and, 2.) one can surmise the scripted narrative details and the characters acting in that particular news story have been wholly manufactured and fabricated to achieve ulterior and sinister objectives which – although stated otherwise – are never for the benefit of the targeted audience demographic.

But there is also something else.

Fear – of “pandemics”, “wars”, “school shootings”, “climate change” – is often the most effective weapon in the arsenal of the MSM to achieve the programming objectives of their psychological operations.

ATLANTIC STORM

According to Wikipedia, “Atlantic Storm was a ministerial exercise simulating the top-level response to a bioterror incident. The simulation operated on January 14, 2005, in Washington D.C. It was created in part to reveal the current international state of preparedness and possible political and public health issues that might evolve from such a crisis.”

Regarding the funding and sponsorship of Atlantic Storm, Wikipedia informs, “The project was sponsored by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and the Nuclear Threat Initiative.”

Yes, the NTI, the very same organization which was involved in the recent tabletop simulation involving an outbreak of “monkeypox”.

Beginning at approximately 3:30 of the following video clip, everyone will witness that “Madeleine Albright”, former US Secretary of State, was a key participant in the Atlantic Storm simulation exercise.

In the opening frames of the next video clip, everyone may notice that, comparatively, there exists a startling similarity in the quality, pitch, and tone of voice between “Madeleine Albright” and the reporter known as “Helen Thomas” who was once known as the “Dean” of the White House Press Corps.

Without surprise, further investigation reveals that the think tank known as NTI (Nuclear Threat Initiative), sponsors of the smallpox simulation exercise Atlantic Storm and the latest “monkeypox” exercise simulation which took place in March 2021, and its trio of principal figures – Doctors Jaiime Yassif, Chris Isaac, Kevin P. O’Prey – are not only connected to Britain’s Chatham House (AKA Royal Institute of International Affairs), but to US Homeland Security, and to the US Departments of Defense and Health and Human Services.

Concerning the first of NTI’s key figures, Doctor Jaime Yassif, her biographical resume located at https://www.nti.org/about/people/jaime-yassif-phd/ tells us, “Prior to this {NTI}, Dr. Yassif served as a Program Officer at open Philanthropy Project, where she led the initiative on Biosecurity and Pandemic Preparedness. In this role, she recommended and managed approximately $40 million in biosecurity grants, which rebuilt the field and supported work in several key areas, including: development of new biosecurity leadership development programs; initiation of new biosecurity work in China and India; establishment of the Global Health Security Index; development of the Clade X tabletop exercise; and the emergence of a new discussion about global catastrophic biological risks. Previously, Yassif was a Science and Technology Policy Advisor at the US Department of Defense, where she focused on oversight of the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program and East Asia security issues. During this period, she also worked on the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) at the Department of Health and Human Services, where she helped lay the groundwork for the WHO Joint External Evaluations and the GHSA steering group.”

While details of the Clade X exercise simulation were published in a previous article, just from the biographical resume of NTI’s Doctor Jaime Yassif, everyone can certainly begin to conceive of the web of dizzying connections – between the US Departments of Defense and Health and Human Services, various think tanks, philanthropic organizations (AKA NGO’s), and the World Health Organization – which have been intricately spun in order to persuasively convince the globe’s general population global “pandemic” threat simulations are “actual” clear and present dangers to global security.

As for Chris Isaac and Kevin P. O’Prey, according to his “about” page at nti.org, “Isaac has been involved with synthetic biology through the Internationally Genetically Engineered (GEM) Competition since the start of his scientific career. Isaac is also an alumnus of the Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and is a member of the iGEM Safety and Security Committee.”

In other words, Chris Isaac is dedicated to moving humanity towards a transhumanist future, a bleak landscape where the remaining human population, herded into UN “smart cities”, will be imprisoned into an artificially connected hive mind – the “Internet of Things” – centrally controlled by AI, a state of global affairs solely benefiting the “safety” and “security” of the ruling thirteen Jesuit families who regard the hoi polloi as nothing more than tax farmed labor cattle which, now, from their psychopathic perspective and given the rapid development of AI and robotics technologies, must largely be culled.

As for Kevin P. O’Prey, he is rather a more shadowy character.

Unlike Yassif and Isaac, his “about” profile is left inaccessible.

However, listed at https://www.topionetworks.com/people/kevin-o-prey, we find the following: “Kevin P. O’Prey, Ph.D., is a senior vice president at Cadmus, where he leads the homeland security sector.”

The Cadmus Group, located in Waltham, MA, is a “professional consulting service” providing and delivering “customized solutions that address complex challenges.”

In other words, Cadmus helps their clients to engineer and to execute “customized” psychological operations (AKA exercise simulations) and, through direct client consultation, also helps to make these manufactured “catastrophic” events appear to be real to the gullible general public.

“Dr. O’Prey,” claims his biography published at topionetworks.com, “is a nationally recognized facilitator and analyst of homeland security challenges. He is the facilitator and lead developer of the Principals-Level Exercise (PLE) and Senior Officials Exercise (SOE) series, the federal government’s premiere exercises for senior homeland security officials, including Cabinet Secretaries and the President. In that capacity, Dr. O’Prey works closely with officials at all levels of government to develop, conduct, and assess the results of exercises that examine the nation’s capacity to manage catastrophic events.”

Wonder if it was Doctor O’Prey who consulted with President “Joe Biden” (AKA Brian Williams/Prince Stefano Casiraghi Grimaldi of Monaco) as to how to convincingly fake the resurgence of his “Covid-19” “symptoms”?

Perhaps most notably, regarding NTI’s Doctor Jaime Yassif, among the final sentences of her biographical resume, we discover, “Yassif’s previous experience includes work with Chatham House.”

CHATHAM HOUSE

Chatham House or the Royal Institute of International Affairs is not only symbiotically and philosophically connected to the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington D.C., but this august body, originating in 1920 and located at London’s Saint James’s Square which, historically, has consisted of many of Britain’s most noted intellectuals, could also be considered the most elite and influential of the world’s think tanks.

Chathamhouse.org confirms the elitist emanations of the organization and its continued commitment to its guiding philosophic principles: “Chatham House’s founders pioneered the unique and disruptive concept of an organization dedicated to the study of international affairs. Their vision altered the course of international politics and helped created the international consensus that followed the world wars.”

Was everyone able, as it were, to read between the lines to glean the true meaning of that last sentence?

Suffice to say, the authors of that strident piece of prose are subtly admitting, the “vision” of Chatham House which “altered the course of international politics”, helped to not only engineer the turmoil of two 20th-century world wars but, then, in the aftermath, through the fostering of political consensus (AKA group think/hive mind), also helped to create the United Nations, an organization which, now, in the 21st century, is dedicated to implementing – through the creation of the Covid-19 “pandemic” and “climate change” hoaxes – the UN’s genocidal “Sustainability Goals” of Agenda 2030/2050.

According to Wikipedia, Chatham House’s headquarters in London’s Saint James’s Square was initially purchased and donated by “Canadian philanthropists Colonel Rueben Wells Leonard and Kate Rowlands Leonard.”

One of Chatham House’s former occupants included William Pitt, 1st Earl of Chatham who, from 1766 until 1768, served as Britain’s Prime Minister and Lord Privy Seal.

Renowned as a persuasive orator, during his political career, Pitt remained a strong advocate for imperial expansionism. It seems truly fitting that the Royal Institute of International Affairs which for over a century has met at Chatham House, where Pitt long ago once resided, remains steadfastly dedicated to achieving a globalist technocratic empire’s smooth consolidation.

A member of the Democratic Party, Albright was the first woman to hold that post.”

Albright has connections to the Jesuit founded Georgetown University and to the United Nations, where from 1993 until 1997, she served as US ambassador.
