Though a plausible hypothesis as to the prime but covert objective regarding the “incident” which occurred on February 3rd in Palestine, Ohio will be elaborated upon shortly, these most recent MSM-promoted news events which have distracted the American general public and, for the time being at least, held them captive are merely symptomatic of a much larger and grander scenario: the incremental economic and social destruction of the West and the forced global implementation of the UN’s genocidal Agenda 2030/2050’s seventeen “Sustainability Goals”.

In view of this, sometimes, in order to better and more fully acquire a comprehensive understanding of the larger global scenario at play, one must revisit significant events of the past and the genuine identities and ideological nature of the sinister perpetrators involved.

This particular expose will examine one such prime perpetrator – Peter Ustinov – a Marxist/Jesuit trained socio-political activist/ intelligence asset with genealogical connections to Russian/European aristocracy and connections to MI5 British intelligence.

As evidenced by most of his amusing appearances on both the American and British talk show circuits towards the end of his Hollywood career, Ustinov was renowned as an expert comedic mimic and a highly skilled and multi-lingual voice actor. During his acting career in Hollywood, Ustinov became an Academy-Award winner. Popular with the British royal family – the House of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha (AKA Windsor/Hanover/Rothschild/Rockefeller) – Ustinov was awarded The Most Excellent Order of the British (AKA Roman) Empire. But as shall be revealed with further detail later on, there is a very good reason Ustinov was favored by the British royals – he too descended from European aristocracy.

However, unknown to virtually everyone, Ustinov’s most famous role wasn’t played out on the British stage or on Hollywood’s silver screen, but on the world’s stage as an intelligence created fabricated character scheme, one which was posed as a major geopolitical figure.

But first, before delving into Hollywood actor Peter Ustinov and the role he covertly assumed on the world’s stage, one’s investigation has managed to uncover what may have been the ulterior motivation behind the recent news event reported by the MSM near Palestine, Ohio involving the EPA. The prepared statements made by state and federal officials from the EPA who were present at the recent press conference which took place in Palestine, Ohio was revelatory, in so far as they managed to give away the EPA’s genuine objectives. When the conference is watched in its entirety, it becomes apparent there were degrees of criminal collusion between the EPA, the U.S. corporate government, Norfolk Southern, and local officials.

EPA LAND USE EXTORTION RACKET

There are several points everyone should keep in mind relating to the recent train derailment “incident” in Palestine, Ohio.

One – Norfolk Southern Railway’s president and CEO, Alan H. Shaw, was a contributor to the gubernatorial campaign of Ohio governor “Mike DeWine” who, in a previous article published on this site, was identified as a fabricated character scheme portrayed by Hollywood actor Matthew Broderick.

Two – East Palestine, Ohio is home to masonic lodge #417, which, according to https://freemason.com/east-palestine-417/, was established in 1868 and boasts 225 current master masons.

Three – Palestine is geographically situated at the mouth of the Ohio river basin which feeds into the mid-western heart of America’s prime farmland.  

Though the following may appear to be a radical digression from the stated subject of this article, nevertheless, the recent event which occurred near Palestine, Ohio involving a mysterious train derailment is most pertinent to the grand goal of the covert perpetrators who wish to achieve their objective of implementing the UN’s Agenda 2030/2050 at whatever the cost.

As everyone who frequents this site has learned, the enemy of humanity at large – the Society of Jesus in control of Vatican City, and the thirteen royal Jesuit families – are the sort which believes the ends justify whatever means.

One of the UN’s Sustainability Goals is to displace human resource populations from environmentally protected rural areas or protected habitats and move them into what has been termed “smart cities”. This sinister scheme is now being perpetrated by the U.S. corporate government and the EPA at both federal and statutory levels, utilizing the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation Act of 1980. This act provided a trust fund or superfund for the EPA – established by former U.S. president “Richard M. Nixon” (AKA Hollywood actor Warren Beatty/George Hamilton/John McCain/Rudy Giuliani/Colin Powell) – which for decades was flush with federal taxes on oil and chemicals.

But since 1995, the CERCLA superfund has been maintained with taxpayer’s dollars.

Section 107 (r) of the CERCLA act stipulates a remediation phase to begin windfall lien proceedings against any property taxpayer holding title to land which the EPA claims has been environmentally contaminated. As everyone observed in the video excerpt posted at the beginning of this article, during a recent press conference in Palestine, Ohio featuring both federal and state EPA officials, there was a rather odd statement which was made referring to dioxin testing.  

“Our toxicologists are taking a look. Unfortunately, we don’t have any baseline information about the levels of dioxins which are produced by wildfires, backyard grilling and a host of other things. We have been looking at a series of tests, but at the moment we’re not precisely testing for dioxins – but we may in the future.”

“Backyard grilling” – “wildfires”? 

At the same press conference, yet another spokesperson from Ohio’s statutory division of the Environmental Protection Agency stated that “we’re now in the remediation phase of our investigation.”

Meanwhile, it appears a well-coordinated plan has been activated and is being presently executed in cooperation with the MSM and those among the “alternative” media, targeting the general public, particularly the inhabitants of Palestine, Ohio, to psychologically gull them into demanding that the EPA begin testing for dioxins an EPA official has stated that, at present, they “don’t have any baseline information” about.

There are also several reports that FEMA have already moved into Palestine, Ohio to work in tandem with EPA officials.

This curious and even sinister scenario indicates an attempt at deliberate entrapment in what appears to be a premeditated U.S. government sponsored extortion racket, so that, “in the future,” due to testing for dioxins “produced by wildfires, backyard grilling and a host of other things,” the EPA can begin windfall lien proceedings against property taxpayers among the population of not only Palestine, Ohio, but populations situated along the span of the Ohio River and throughout America’s farming heartland.

Just as was found to be the case with the Covid-19 psychological operation, the U.S. corporate government and government agencies have calculated to cover all their legal bases to carry out a genocidal covert agenda – the implementation of the UN’s Agenda 2030/2050 and its seventeen “Sustainability Goals”.

The thematic thrust of the information contained in this article is likely to be misconstrued or misinterpreted.

That which has become known as a “New World Order” is hardly novel or new. There are no sovereign nations, only corporate commercial trade markets. The citizens inhabiting these markets are corporate properties whose bonds (AKA birth certificates) can be bought, sold, traded, or liquidated. In 1302, the Vatican’s issuance of three Papal Bulls or Crowns – Unam Sanctum, Romanus Pontifex, and Convocation – legally decreed all land inhabited by human resources bound in legal slavery as corporately owned assets to be designated as Crown Land, with ownership or allodial title held in perpetuity by Vatican City and the Vatican bank or Holy See (AKA Swiss banking consortium).

Since the medieval historical period, the concept of centralized global governance (AKA Pax Romana) – headquartered in the principality of Vatican City controlled by the military order of the Society of Jesus working in conspiratorial conjunction with the Crown Temple in the City of London and the Swiss banking consortium – has always existed, well concealed behind the cloak of historical veils such as the Holy Roman and British Empires and or competing ideological structures – “Communism”, Marxism”, “Socialism”, or “Democracy” – into which, over the centuries, it has appeared to metamorphose. Evidence that the U.S. corporation (AKA the principality of Washington D.C.) is governed by Roman Law (AKA Admiralty Law) exists in plain sight, in the form of the Roman Fasces, which, even now, to the present day, remains prominently displayed in the U.S. congressional chamber or House of Representatives.

Though scholarly historical texts would wish for generations of high school and college students to believe the vast wealth, political power, and influence of these thirteen sovereign royal families dwindled away during the emergence of “democratic governments” both in the West and in Europe, that is a colossal canard.

In fact, the U.S. corporation (AKA the principality of Washington D.C.), a corporate subsidiary of City of London’s Crown Temple, operates under the umbrella of Vatican City and the Swiss banking consortium (AKA World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Bank of International Settlements), and was solely created to diligently and dutifully serve as the Vatican’s and Crown Temple’s military sword arm or global enforcer, an integral role which has helped to maintain the hegemony of a triune global governing bureaucracy which, with the incremental implementation of the UN’s Agenda 2030/2050, is only just now beginning to emerge from behind the curtain of “national security”.

This incremental emergence derives from the Jesuit order’s 4th vow of World Mission, the vow of the Society of Jesus’s sworn adherents, zealous disciples, and military trained agents of subversion, infiltration, and political and social chaos. For the last two hundred years, particularly in the West and in Western Europe, the Jesuit’s World Mission has been incrementally but covertly executed through manufactured revolutions or crises involving religious schisms or deliberately induced dialectical struggles between opposing political ideologies.

The “cold war” staged between the U.S. and U.S.S.R. – beginning shortly after the cessation of hostilities during World War II and ending with “Perestroika” a mere decade before the dawn of the new millennium – exists as a prime historical example of one such manufactured dialectical struggle between opposing political ideologies.

In his published text, “The Perestroika Deception”, Soviet defector Anatoly Golitsyn revealed that not only was the perceived ideological split between Russia and China an illusory geopolitical facade, but the fall of the U.S.S.R. was also a planned historical feint, designed so that the Marxist revolution (AKA the Society of Jesus’s “World Mission”) could be more effectively and more widely imported, covertly permeating Western Europe, North, Central, and South America, and the whole of the Western hemisphere.

Officially, according to Wikipedia and other biographical sources, Peter Ustinov’s full name was Peter Alexander Freiherr von Ustinov. Further research confirms the term “Freiherr” derives from a title of nobility or aristocratic lineage native to the German speaking geographical areas of the medieval and renaissance era Holy Roman Empire, a title granted to those among the European aristocracy who were sovereign landowners and held allodial title. In the case of Peter Ustinov’s grandfather – Plato von Ustinov – he was a Russian noble who had manor estates in Ustinovka – located in what is known today as Balashov Ralon.

Among his family tree, Plato von Ustinov had several family predecessors who held prestigious titles relating to high-level government appointments. Plato’s older brother, Mikhail Grigorovich Ustinov was a Russian consul in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is the location of one of the world’s largest central banks which, like the Federal Reserve in America, is not a part of the U.S. corporate government but operates as a private bank, a corporate subsidiary of the City of London’s Crown Temple and the Swiss banking consortium.

For over a century, the Society of Jesus has had a firm foothold planted in China.

Plato von Ustinov was also the paternal nephew of Mikhail Mikhailovich Ustinov, a Russian ambassador to Constantinople, and the paternal grandson of Mikhail Adrianovich Ustinov, who was a millionaire merchant from Saratov. But more extensive research indicates it was Plato’s relationship with the Metzler family which helped to confirm the Ustinov family’s historical connection to the Society of Jesus.

According to Wikipedia, “He {Plato von Ustinov} traveled to Levant after his doctors recommended its climate to heal his lung disease. On his way there, he met Peter Martin Metzler, and his wife Dorothea, nee’ Bauer, who both worked in Jaffa as Protestant missionaries for the St. Chrischona Pilgrim Mission.”

An article published at academia.edu reports the St. Chrischona Pilgrim Mission was founded by the Jesuit order and both chronicles and details the Jesuit’s missionary activities there beginning in the 16th and 17th centuries.

Wikipedia goes on to amplify the nature of the relationship between Plato von Ustinov, the Metzler missionaries, and the Jesuit pilgrimage of Saint Chrischona at Jaffa.

“The couple earned their livelihood through several enterprises, including a steam mill, a pilgrim hostel, and trading in imported European merchandise. From mid-1861 until early 1862, Ustinov stayed at the Metzler’s hostel, eventually becoming a financial partner in their enterprises. Once his lung disease was completely cured, he returned to Ustinovka, but left the Metzler’s a considerable sum of money to enable them to establish a missionary school and infirmary in Jaffa.”

During several interviews, Peter Ustinov joked about his family’s melting pot origins, including a possible connection to heritage which extended to Ethiopia. Since it is documented that his grandfather, Plato von Ustinov donated considerable funds to the Jesuit’s Saint Chrischona pilgrim mission, perhaps this was Ustinov’s cryptic methodology of revealing the true historical nature of his noble and aristocratic family and their intimate relationship with the Vatican’s Society of Jesus. Perhaps this explains why, late in his Hollywood career, Peter Ustinov became involved with UNICEF, an organization closely affiliated with the UN which, in turn, is seeking to globally implement its population reduction oriented “Sustainability Goals”, utilizing the manufactured “climate change” (AKA weather modification) agenda as a thin veneer.

Research indicates Peter Ustinov’s father had connections to the Jesuit’s international intelligence octopus.

In 1935, Jona Freiherr von Ustinov was employed by British MI5 and, according to Peter Ustinov’s autobiography, on several occasions both before and during the Second World War, his father hosted secret but high-level meetings between British and German officials at their London residence.

Wikipedia confirms, “Jona Freiherr von Ustinov worked as a press officer at the German embassy in London in the 1930’s and was a reporter for a German news agency. In 1935, two years after Adolf Hitler came to power in Germany, Jona Ustinov began working for British intelligence service MI5 and became a British subject, thus avoiding internment during the war. He was the controller of Wolfgang Gans Zu Putlitz, an MI5 spy in the German embassy in London who furnished information on Hitler’s intentions before the Second World War.”

Subsequent to his involvement with UNICEF, Ustinov also became president of World Federalist Movement (WFM), a non-profit NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) which is also closely dialed in with the UN and is dedicated to the establishment of a world judicial court. The following excerpt drawn from Wikipedia unwittingly validates the hypothetical scenario – the incremental achievement of the Society of Jesus’s “World Mission” – described a few paragraphs earlier in this article. Concerning WFM’s agenda, Wikipedia elaborates, “WFM lobbies those in powerful positions to establish a unified human government based on democracy and civil society. Under its plan, the United Nations and other world agencies would become the institution of a world federation. The UN would be the federal government and nation states would become similar to provinces.”

It turns out as no coincidence that “Boris Yeltsin”, reputed to be a Russian nationalist and supporter of democratic reforms, the successor to Supreme Soviet “Mikhail Gorbachev”, was “elected” (selected and installed), the first president of Russia after the alleged historical “fall” of the U.S.S.R. while, simultaneously, his Hollywood host actor (AKA live-action role player) Peter Ustinov was working on behalf of UN affiliated organizations as a Jesuit-trained Marxist agent to establish a world court and world federalist government and to spread the gospel of the Jesuit’s revolutionary “World Mission”. The political scenario involving former Russian president “Boris Yeltsin” (AKA Hollywood actor Peter Ustinov) exists as a prime historical example of the Society of Jesus’s clever deployment of geopolitical and ideological dialecticism to achieve covert objectives.

Ear biometric, facial recognition, and image comparison analysis confirm that Mikhail Gorbachev was a fabricated character scheme posed on the world’s stage and portrayed by a Hollywood contemporary of Peter Ustinov – Rod Steiger. Further investigation confirms “Mikhail Gorbachev” wasn’t the only high-profile character Steiger was modified into, however.
